Task: Handover Service Management Activities To Service Delivery Teams
Once the sign-offs are obtained on the required contracted deliverables, the Service Engagement Initiation Lead must handover all deliverables from this stream to the Service Delivery Organization. This would include Service Engagement Model, Service Level Agreements and all other transition documents. All the relevant stakeholders must be informed on the progress of the handover.

The Service Engagement Model, the Service Level Agreements and all other transition documents need to be turned in to the Service Delivery Teams. For any exceptions to the acceptance criteria or any unresolved issues the transition team must provide a plan for the delivery team to complete the work. Final acceptance can be from the Capgemini Delivery Manager/Knowledge Exchange Recipients with input provided by the Client, other Capgemini service lines and potentially other suppliers.

It is possible in some transitions, that the handover commences a little earlier. However, it must always conclude by the end of this phase.
