The Service Engagement Model, the Service Level Agreements and all other transition documents need to be turned in to the Service Delivery Teams. For any exceptions to the acceptance criteria or any unresolved issues the transition team must provide a plan for the delivery team to complete the work. Final acceptance can be from the Capgemini Delivery Manager/Knowledge Exchange Recipients with input provided by the Client, other Capgemini service lines and potentially other suppliers.
It is possible in some transitions, that the handover commences a little earlier. However, it must always conclude by the end of this phase. |
